- Assist the sales team by providing Product technical specifications, Catalos, User Manuals and detailed quotations, including pricing, and terms for various medical devices.
- Prepare and update product catalogues, ensuring that all product information is accurate and reflects the latest specifications and features.
- Respond to technical inquiries from the sales team and customers, providing clear and accurate information.
- Create Detailed product Unpacking/Assembly/Maintenance/User Manuals of Various Medical Devices
- Develop and maintain comprehensive records of technical documentation, compliance reports, and sales support activities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of medical devices and their technical specifications
- Work closely with the sales and tenders team to ensure alignment between technical specifications and sales requirements.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives on technical aspects of products and compliance issues.
- Coordinate with the client to address and resolve after-sales issues, including returns, replacements and repairs
Mandatory Requirements
- Candidate should be within 30 Minutes of Proximity from the work location or ready to reallocate
- Must own a vehicle to travel to work location
- Should be open for domestic and international travel
