Electric engineer

Department:* Operations

*Location:* Reliance Site, Khavdi, Jamnagar

*Reporting To:* Operations Manager / Service Head

*Salary:* ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month

 Qualification

* Minimum ITI – Electrical

* Diploma in Electrical/Electronics preferred

* Local candidate preferred with fluency in Gujarati language

 Experience

* Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience

* Experience with tea/coffee vending machines will be preferred

 Other Requirements

* Must own a bike with a valid driving license

* Strong local area knowledge and networking skills

* Ability to hire and train local machine operators

Key Roles & Responsibilities

 1. Machine Servicing & Troubleshooting

* Attend customer breakdown and service calls promptly

* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, cleaning, and preventive maintenance

* Ensure machines remain operational and ready for dispensing at all times

* Monitor daily machine cleaning logs submitted by operators

 2. Operator Training & Management

* Machine handling and cleaning procedures

* Beverage preparation process

* Appearance, hygiene, safety, communication, and body language

 Additional Responsibilities:

* Hire and manage local operators when required

* Supervise operator performance and grooming standards

 3. Customer Coordination & Relationship Management

* Coordinate with customer admin teams, CREs, and service engineers

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships

* Address customer concerns and escalations in a timely manner

4. Inventory & Documentation

* Track and manage spare parts, stock, and material consumption

* Maintain proper records of spares, daily reports, and service logs

* Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the company and customer

 5. Demo & Installation Support

* Support machine installations and product demonstrations

* Ensure smooth handover and operator training during new deployments
