Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in a finance or accounting role. Preferred Experience: Experience in a listed company is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Ind AS, accounting principles, and commercial knowledge. Software Skills: Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite, Tally, MS Excel, Word, MS Power Point.Key Competencies: Expertise in Ind AS and experience with financial statement preparation in compliance with these standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in financial reporting and statutory compliance. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial cycles.
