We are expanding our Study Abroad division and looking for passionate counsellors to join our growing team.

🔹 Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and energetic Study Abroad Counsellor who can guide students through the entire overseas education process, from course selection to visa filing. The candidate must be student-friendly, confident, and committed to delivering an excellent counseling experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counseling & Guidance

• Counsel students on study abroad options in USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, etc.
• Understand student profiles and recommend best-fit universities/courses.
• Provide assistance for entrance exams like IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT, etc.

2. Application & Admission Support

• Assist students in preparing university applications, SOPs, LORs, and documentation.
• Manage application submissions through different university portals.
• Coordinate with international universities and partners for admissions follow-up.

3. Visa & Documentation

• Guide students through the student visa process.
• Help with documentation, financial requirements, and interview preparation.

4. Lead Management

• Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Maintain follow-ups through CRM to ensure timely conversions.

5. Marketing & Events

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and school/college visits.
• Support promotional activities for lead generation.

🔹 Required Skills

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and relationship-building ability
• Good knowledge of study abroad processes (training will be provided)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

🔹 Qualifications

• Graduate in any field (Education/Counseling background preferred)
• Experience in study abroad or counseling is a plus

🔹 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
