Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients via phone calls, explaining our digital marketing services, generating leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data.
• Explain services like SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Google Ads, etc.
• Generate leads and fix meetings for the Business Development team.
• Follow up with interested clients through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
• Maintain a daily call log and report to the manager.
• Understand client requirements and share initial service offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as telecaller, telesales, or customer service role (Digital Marketing industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.
• Good command over Hindi & English (both spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience) + incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
