Team Leadership & Management• Directly manage, train, and mentor a team of 8 to 10 Quality Assurance Executives.• Define daily KPIs, shift allocations, and performance metrics for the QA team.• Conduct regular training sessions on food safety standards, hygiene, and new compliance regulations.2.
