Work Location: Punjabi Bagh, Delhi

Job Overview / Role Summary

The Data Analyst is responsible for researching, structuring, validating, and analyzing business data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems.

The role focuses on data quality, process improvement, and generating actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and enrich business data from multiple sources
• Validate, clean, and correct existing datasets to ensure high accuracy and consistency
• Manage and maintain structured databases (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
• Perform data analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
• Support business operations with data-driven insights and reporting
• Create and maintain dashboards and structured reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and reporting needs
• Improve data processes, formats, and workflows
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in data handling and reporting

Mandatory Requirements

• Must be located within 30 minutes of the office or willing to relocate
• Must own a personal vehicle for commuting
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Excellent computer proficiency (Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, basic reporting tools)

Key Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory)
• Good understanding of data cleaning and validation techniques
• Ability to structure and organize large datasets
• Attention to detail and data accuracy

Experience

• 1–4 years in Data Analysis / MIS / Business Analysis

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
• Statistics
• Mathematics
• Economics
• Engineering
• Business Analytics or related field
