The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire quality lifecycle, lead a dedicated team, and act as the primary liaison for the QC heads of our major e-commerce and modern trade partners (e.g., Reliance, Flipkart, Blinkit).Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Management• Directly manage, train, and mentor a team of 8 to 10 Quality Assurance Executives.• Define daily KPIs, shift allocations, and performance metrics for the QA team.• Conduct regular training sessions on food safety standards, hygiene, and new compliance regulations.2. Manufacturing & Repacking Quality Control• Oversee the end-to-end quality protocols for the Atta manufacturing process, from raw material procurement (wheat inwarding) to the final milled product.• Monitor and enforce strict quality checks on the repacking lines for Suji, Maida, Daliya, Besan, Sattu, pulses, rice, and dry fruits.• Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) across the plant floor.3. Client Relations & Online Monitoring• Act as the primary point of contact for external Quality Control Heads and auditors from key B2B clients (Reliance, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.).• Monitor online product reviews and quality metrics provided by e-commerce partners to proactively identify potential product issues.• Represent the company in external audits, sharing relevant quality documentation and test reports with clients as requested.4. Complaint Resolution & Corrective Action• Investigate and resolve B2B and B2C product complaints swiftly and professionally.• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any defects or customer complaints and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all quality checks, audit reports, and complaint resolutions.5.
