About Us:

Yary Forever Life Care is expanding its operations and helping rural and urban users open business accounts with partner banks like Tide Business — with added benefits like free health insurance and digital banking support.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Account Onboarding Executive who can guide users (via phone or video call) through the bank account opening process, verify details, and ensure successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist users in completing the online account opening form
Guide customers via phone or Google Meet (screen share if needed)
Ensure all KYC documents are uploaded correctly
Handle follow-ups with users for incomplete submissions
Maintain daily onboarding records in system/Google Sheets
Provide basic support for account-related queries

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Must be comfortable using smartphone, apps, and video call
Prior experience in telecalling/onboarding preferred
Female candidates preferred
Working internet and mobile/laptop required

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month + attractive incentives

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
