Plot No. 21A, Near Genpact Building, Sector 18, Sarhol, Gurugram, Haryana 122015

Job Details:

Full-time (Work from Office)

Mon to Sat | 10 AM – 7 PM (Sunday Off)

Requirements:

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Result in hand) (undergrads welcome)

* 6 months experience onwards, background in Inbound & Outbound BPO, Sales, or Tele calling.

* Good communication in English, Hindi and Bengali.

* Good communication, confident & talkative & should have clear pronunciation

* No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)

* Age: 18–32 years

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students (leads will be provided)
Counsel and convince students to attend free walk-in seminars (Frankfinn)
Conduct follow-ups and track lead conversions
Contribute to lead generation initiatives
