Job Description

The New Business Development team will work on holistic solutions in a bid to create and evolve "an outcome based approach" in Guarding Services. The position will deliver as independent contributor and report to the General Manager Sales. Drive company's growth into new geographies, segments/sectors, and product partnerships.

Manager Sales - North India

Gurgaon | Security Guarding

Responsible for Corporate (B2B) Sales for the State/Region or Industry at North India. Inviting candidates from Gurgaon, Noida & Punjab.

Spearhead the Business Development for the region by driving new business development

Defi ne, drive and exceed the sales targets as defi ned in the business plan for the region.

Designing & implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.

Responsible for end to end Lead Generation and conversions for corporate sales, penetrate the new territories an industries.

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements in Security and FM space.

Focus both in large RFPs and mid segment key account business in Diversifi ed Industries

Develop relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.

Manage various internal Stakeholders and offer seamless & transparent communication between teams to ensure the audits, proposals and client meetings tales place

Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

Prepare and present regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Sales Projections

Collaborate with sales operations, supply chain, contracts & fi nance to develop detailed commercial proposals using the costing tools and templates provided.

Act as emergency / escalation contact window for key new customers.

Bachelor’s degree (Required) with MBA in Sales and Marketing (Preferable)

5 years of relevant experience in Sales with at least 2 years in Security Sales or Guarding Company or Manpower driven industry Corporate (B2B) Sales

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (written and verbal), appropriate for engaging a diverse range of audiences and stakeholders;

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels across the business functions and influence senior management/directors and wider stakeholders;

Competitive base salary structure max ₹11 LPA CTC
