Job Description: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

Location: Bangalore & Bhopal

Experience Required: 2+ years in IT Sales

Industry: Information Technology (Web, Mobile Applications, CRM, ERP Solutions)

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for the company’s IT products and services including Websites, Mobile Applications, CRM, and ERP solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and consultatively pitch the right solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of client projects.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and regularly update CRM systems with lead and pipeline status.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven sales experience in IT services/products (Websites, Mobile Apps, CRM, ERP) with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of IT sales cycle, B2B sales strategies, and client acquisition.
  • Ability to generate leads independently and manage the complete sales lifecycle.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Knowledge of modern sales tools, CRM usage, and digital prospecting techniques.
