Project Manager

Job Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will define the project’s objectives, oversee quality control, and manage all aspects of the project life cycle, from initiation to completion. The role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

●    Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources.

●    Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.

●    Define project deliverables and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals.

●    Lead cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring adherence to timelines.

●    Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

●    Conduct regular team meetings, track progress, and address any deviations from the project plan.

●    Manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and remain within approved limits.

●    Monitor resource allocation and ensure that all team members are working efficiently to meet project goals.

Mandatory Requirements

●    Candidate should be within 30 Minutes of Proximity from the work location or ready to reallocate

●    Must own a vehicle to travel to work

●    Mastery of English (Written and verbal)

●    Advanced Excel skills and Word formatting knowledge

●    Adobe Acrobat Skills

●    Fast computer skills

Experience:

●    5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Medical/Healthcare Industry.

●    Proven experience managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering successful outcomes.
