Cluster manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations in the cluster, ensuring smooth execution of the logistics process from pickup to delivery.

· Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors, drivers, and operations staff to ensure high performance, efficiency, and morale.

· Performance Monitoring: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the cluster, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions when necessary to achieve set targets.

· Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the cluster. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, address issues promptly, and maintain strong business relationships.

· Process Optimization: Continuously identify areas for improvement in operations, implement process enhancements, and ensure that the cluster is functioning at optimal efficiency.

· Inventory and Resource Management: Manage the fleet of vehicles, warehouse, and other resources within the cluster, ensuring they are utilized efficiently and are well-maintained.

· Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets for the cluster, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.

· Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all operational activities.

· Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, growth metrics, and other key insights for senior management.

· Customer and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, drive customer acquisition, and improve service offerings within the cluster.
