Telecaller

Key responsibilities:

1. Call and engage with business owners and decision-makers from selected industries

2. Explain our services (Website Development, CRM, Marketing Solutions) and how it benefit their business

3. Schedule demos/appointments for the sales or marketing head

4. Maintain proper call records, update lead sheets or CRM daily

5. Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation or call volume targets

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. have minimum 1 years of experience

Other requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of telecalling/inside sales experience

2. Experience in IT, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or CRM solutions is an advantage

3. Comfortable working under target-based structure

4. Should be self-motivated and result-oriented

5. Immediate Joiners or maximum 15 days notice period

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,500 - 2,12,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year2. Variable pay: ₹ 500 - 2,000 /year
