Job Summary:
Wowidays is looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations, support internal teams, handle client interactions, and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and inventory management
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, couriers)
- Maintain company records, files, and documentation
- Support HR with interview scheduling, joining formalities, and attendance tracking
- Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow and project updates
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations when required
- Manage office cleanliness and liaise with housekeeping & maintenance
- Assist with travel bookings and event arrangements
- Greet visitors and manage front desk activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational and time management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR and accounts is a plus
- Professional attitude and customer-service oriented
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration or front office role
- Experience in the travel/tourism industry preferred but not mandatory
