Job Summary:

Wowidays is looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations, support internal teams, handle client interactions, and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory management
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, couriers)
  • Maintain company records, files, and documentation
  • Support HR with interview scheduling, joining formalities, and attendance tracking
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow and project updates
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations when required
  • Manage office cleanliness and liaise with housekeeping & maintenance
  • Assist with travel bookings and event arrangements
  • Greet visitors and manage front desk activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organizational and time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of HR and accounts is a plus
  • Professional attitude and customer-service oriented

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration or front office role
  • Experience in the travel/tourism industry preferred but not mandatory
