Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism or hospitality sector. The role involves managing travel bookings, coordinating with vendors, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling day-to-day tour operations and travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation).
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth itinerary execution.
• Monitor reservations, cancellations, and amendments efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and update travel documentation as needed.
• Respond to client queries and resolve basic service issues or escalate when needed.
• Ensure timely communication with vendors and follow-up on services.
• Support the team in preparing operational reports and MIS data.
• Maintain quality and service standards as per company guidelines.
• Assist in cost control and resource management initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings, planning, and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in travel agency or tour operations.
• Knowledge of booking systems, travel portals, or CRM software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and vendor handling.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in domestic and/or international tour packages.
