A Human Resources Clerk is an entry-level administrative role within the HR department, responsible for supporting daily HR operations and maintaining accurate employee records. This role ensures smooth functioning of HR processes and assists with clerical tasks related to recruitment, employee data management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
  • Assist in processing new hire paperwork, employee onboarding, and exit documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing job offer letters.
  • Handle routine correspondence and documentation related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timesheets.
  • Organize and file HR documents and reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support for employee queries on HR-related matters in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee participation records.
