Roles & Responsibility

Handle overdue accounts through timely follow-ups and customer communication. Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment disputes effectively. Maintain accurate records of collections, visits, and account status. Coordinate field recovery activities and support legal escalation when required. Prepare daily/weekly collection reports and achieve assigned collection targets. Ensure compliance with company policies during all recovery processes.
