WhatsApp & Email Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented WhatsApp and Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing effective WhatsApp campaigns and email marketing strategies to engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions. The role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge of marketing tools, and the ability to analyze campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, execute, and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including broadcasts, drip campaigns, and engagement automation.

✅ Design, build, and manage targeted email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, follow-ups).

✅ Create engaging, personalized, and relevant messaging aligned with brand guidelines.

✅ Build and maintain customer databases, ensuring lists are clean, segmented, and GDPR-compliant.

✅ Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), and suggest improvements.

✅ Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment.

✅ Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.

✅ Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in WhatsApp and email marketing.

✅ Handle technical troubleshooting of email/WhatsApp marketing platforms when needed.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

✔ 3-4 years of experience in email and/or WhatsApp marketing.

✔ Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp, SendinBlue, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar.

✔ Experience with WhatsApp Business API or tools like WATI, Zoko, Twilio, etc. is a plus.

✔ Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools.

✔ Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.

✔ Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

✔ Knowledge of email deliverability and spam compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) is preferred.
