Mandatory Criteria (Can't be neglected during screening) :

● Candidate should have [ (Experience handling two regions - Gujarat & Range of Maharashtra).

Base location must be Pune or Ahmedabad ].

● Candidate should have deep understanding of the market landscape to implement solution-

oriented strategies for acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.

● Candidate must have prior experience in Activation sales.

● Candidates with experience in radio, event management companies, OOH media, or experiential

marketing agencies are highly preferred, especially those with a proven track record in activation

sales, branded content, and integrated campaign solutions.

● Need only MBA candidate for this role.

● Candidate should be good in Client Engagement.

● Candidate should have a strong connect with the market, partners to grow the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

● Drive business growth by serving as a brand partner consultant for clients and agencies, delivering

comprehensive, content-driven solutions through the network.

● Being articulate, explain the concept / solution in a manner that interests the partners.

● Leverage a deep understanding of the market landscape to implement solution-oriented strategies

for acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.

● Engage with clients and agencies to deliver targeted pitches and secure deals.


● Market coverage in terms of meeting clients and ad agencies and ensuring that BIG FM is at the

top of their mind as a premier Content Marketing / AFP media option.

● Have a strong connect with the market, partners to grow the business.

● Strong communication inter-personal, negotiation skills are a key.

● Work closely with the internal teams to drive the consumption of deliveries on time as per the

commitment to the partners.

● Execute branded content deals with the help of solutions, programming and marketing.
