Yard One Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., a leading real estate firm, is seeking a motivated female telesales executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and ensuring a minimum of 15 client visits per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate project details.

Generate and maintain leads through effective follow-ups.

Fix appointments and coordinate minimum 15 client visits/month.

Maintain daily call records and report performance to the manager.

Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)

Experience: Minimum 6 months of telecalling or telesales experience preferred

Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English)

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven

Comfortable working in a dynamic and performance-based environment
