Job Description
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in scaling our customer and community leader base across Tier II and Tier III cities. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential bike riders, and driving conversion over calls, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to potential bike riders via outbound calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Explain value proposition clearly and convincingly.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into active riders.
• Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-up and engagement.
• Use CRM tools to track and update customer interactions and status.
• KPI’s would be 19 onboarding in a month.
• Work closely with the field sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
