Job Description
DOMESTIC BUSINESS
Ø Handle client queries, order fulfilment follow-ups, and feedback cycles
Ø Identify and establish tie-ups for new channels of revenue like offline sales, retail stores, bulk sales, hospitality, corporate, interior companies, builders etc
Ø Collaborate with the marketing team to boost conversion rates and average order value (AOV)
Export & B2B Sales
Ø Identify and pitch to international buying agencies, wholesalers, and interior professionals
Ø Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients across Europe, the Middle East, and North America
Ø Coordinate product sampling, pricing, lead times, and negotiations
Ø Maintain and update client pipelines and documentation
Ø Client Engagement & Mobility
Ø Visit prospective and existing clients in Delhi NCR and other key markets
Ø Represent the brand at trade shows, pop-ups, and B2B expos
Ø Prepare and present product decks, catalogues, and custom proposals
Ø Gather and report market insights for product feedback and development
