Regional Sales Manager- East TM

What we're looking for:

🔹12-15 years of experience 

🔹Based in Patna H.Q.

🔹Coverage - Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, North-East

🔹Mandatory experience in GT Sales

🔹Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

🔹Strong analytical skills 

Key Responsibilities:

•Drive regional business performance and achieve sales targets

•Lead, mentor, and build high-performing sales teams

•Manage key accounts and distributor partnerships

•Ensure strong execution of marketing initiatives

•Track market trends, competition, and drive data-based decisions

Ideal Candidate:

✔️Strong leadership and execution capabilities

✔️Proven track record of scaling business across channels

✔️OTC/Ayurvedic/FMCG industry experience preferred
