Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Property Manager (Fresher) who can identify

rental properties, finalize suitable options, and manage the entire process including

agreements, interior work, and vendor coordination. This is a field-intensive role and requires

travel across Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities

-Search and identify rental properties based on assigned locations

- Finalize properties as per company requirements

- Handle documentation, agreement work, and related processes

- Coordinate interior setup and manage vendors

- Negotiate rents and terms with property owners

- Conduct field visits and ensure timely project execution

- Maintain strong relations with property owners and vendors

Candidate Requirements
