Project Acquisition Manager (Commission-Based)

Location: Pan India (Remote / On-site as per requirement)
Employment Type: Project-Based / Commission Model
๐น Role & Responsibilities
- Acquire new BPO, Data Entry, Customer Support, Recruitment, IT & Manpower projects.
- Connect directly with companies, startups, and agencies to finalize projects.
- Understand client requirements and align them with our service offerings.
- Handle project negotiation, agreement signing, and deal closure.
- Maintain strong client relationships to secure recurring projects.
- Provide regular reports on project pipeline and progress to the management.
๐น Requirements
- Minimum 1โ3 years of experience in Project Acquisition / Business Development (preferably in BPO, Data Entry, Recruitment, or IT services).
- Strong corporate connections and networking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
๐น Compensation
- Pure Commission Basis (No fixed salary initially).
- Earn 5%โ15% commission on every project closed (depending on deal size).
- For recurring projects, commission will be paid monthly as long as the project continues.
- High performers may be promoted to a Base Salary + Commission model in the future.
