Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling statements, and supporting the finance team to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely vendor & client payments.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the finance team during audits and financial reviews.
• Maintain and update accounting systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Experience in payroll processing and inventory management.
• Prior exposure to statutory filings and audits.
