Internship Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Intern to join our Hyderabad office. This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in financial operations, accounting practices, and business finance management within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting entries and financial record maintenance
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports
• Help reconcile bank statements and other financial transactions
• Support internal audits and compliance procedures
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records
• Update accounting software (e.g., Tally or Zoho Books) as required
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment status and queries
• Perform other duties as assigned by the finance team

Candidate Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with accounting tools (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks) is a plus
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality and accuracy
