Keep eye on negative and positive reviews from guest. Ensuring food quality with BOH through Food cost. Make sure to take positive feedback through guests. Try to increase APC from the dining guest and upselling special items.

Oversee retail operations to ensure sale with maintaining store targets. Coordinate daily and maintaining cleanliness at front house and back house. Staff responsibilities and their everyday briefing to work in a community. Organize and supervise staff shifts and duty timings. Check raw food stock and other requirements. Keep proper everyday items sale report to focus on less selling items. Checking restaurant premises everywhere, so there should no inconvenience cause. Keep focus on marketing specially on weekends for better sale. Ensure future needs of kitchen utensils and cleaning goods. Create daily sale report and as well as daily expense records. Regularly review products and research for new vendors. Implement policies and protocols with staff for restaurant future operations.

Take care of all transactions with the correct use of cash register. Ensure all the prices of meals are correctly inputted. Collect payments, whether cash, card or online with receipts. Customer representative for great business. Courteously greets customer upon arrival and leaving the premises. Maintain accurate transactions before shifts changes. Tracking expenses from everywhere and note in expense book for record. Answering the phone call to provide basic information about food preparation and restaurant timings as well as taking pre orders and assisting with reservations also. Final cash closing, with all records and transactions data. Helping hands with all the staff with any work.
