I am currently working as a Program and Operations manager in a sole proprietorship firm - IN'SIGHT. I redesigned the audit lifecycle into structured pre-audit, execution, and post-audit phases, formalized resource allocation and escalation checkpoints, and introduced milestone-based invoicing aligned to 30–45 day audit cycles to improve utilization, reduce time leakage, and strengthen cash flow discipline. This experience sharpened my ability to build scalable operational systems from ambiguity while balancing risk, governance, and commercial impact.
