Responsible for performing patch deployments and system updates to ensure the stability and security of the environment. - Manage the synchronization of Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, proactively troubleshooting and resolving sync issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve report-related issues using Pentaho ETL, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of business reports - Manage and resolve client-reported issues by reviewing open tickets, performing root-cause analysis and escalating to the Level 3 team as necessary to ensure timely resolution. - Monitor server health to ensure system uptime and verify that all application processes are running as expected.
