I am an HR professional with experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance. Currently working as an HR Executive at Pixellab Media, I manage end-to-end hiring, employee records, policy implementation, and HR initiatives. Previously, I interned with Pixellab Media, Eoxys IT Solutions LLP, and Vacancy Factor, gaining exposure to talent acquisition and HR administration. I also have experience as a Customer Success Executive at Groww and as an educator for over three years, which strengthened my communication and people management skills.
