I'm an Accounts Receivable (Order to Cash) professional with over 9 years of end-to-end experience across Cash Applications, Billing, Order Management, Dispute Handling, and client servicing. I've worked with top MNCs like Johnson Controls, NTT Data, JLL, and Genpact, supporting US and UK clients while delivering on-time, accurate, and SLA-driven results. I've led multiple O2C process transitions, built SOPs from scratch, resolved unapplied cash issues, and supported bank/cash reconciliations in collaboration with RTR teams. I also have strong exposure to quality control, audit readiness, and performance reporting. While I’ve primarily worked in Billing and Cash Application, I’m currently expanding my expertise in Collections and AR performance metrics (DSO, Aging, CEI) to take the next step as an Assistant Manager/Manager – AR/O2C.
