Major Duties 1. *Operations & Throughput Management* – handling inbound & outbound throughput (40 Ton, 40,000, 15,000–20,000, 30,000–35,000 units). 2. *Warehouse Setup & Management* – configuring 25,000 + 10,000 sq ft, 80,000 sq ft, 1,20,000 sq ft warehouses; managing 2 self‑owned & 2 TP warehouses (90,000 sq ft). 3. *Manpower & Headcount Supervision* – managing 25+, 350+, 200+ employees across multiple locations. 4. *Inbound & Outbound Planning* – trip, route, and manpower planning; coordinating pickups, deliveries, and dockets. 5. *Process Coordination* – liaising with procurement, IT, and facility teams for smooth operations; daily coordination with operation teams for issue resolution. 6. *Quality & Compliance* – quality checking shipments, ensuring TAT adherence (99.9% accuracy), audit preparations, and inventory management. 7. *MIS & Reporting* – building MIS, preparing DRS, handling audit reports, and documentation. 8. *Client & Facility Management* – handling multiple clients (90+), setting up client warehouses, managing escalations, and client visits. Major Successes 1. *Throughput & Efficiency* – achieved high throughput targets (40 Ton, 15,000 B2C & 30,000 returns) without TAT breaches. 2. *Warehouse Optimisation* – merged 3 warehouses into an 85,000 sq ft facility; managed single‑handed inventory of large warehouses. 3. *Manpower Performance* – motivated pickers & associates to improve efficiency and meet targets. 4. *Service Accuracy* – ensured 99.9% accuracy with zero TAT breaches and handled 2,50,000 sq ft across 4 facilities. 5. *Client Satisfaction* – managed >90 clients, handled escalations, and completed audits successfully. 6. *Process Improvements* – set up DEPS & cooling systems, arranged timely pickups & deliveries, and improved route planning. 7. *Project Management* – handled large warehouse acquisitions and multi‑client setups (Neva, Duke, Blackberry, Lotus, Go to style Mart, mamaearth, Boat, LQ, TCNS, Pax Pos, Swara baby, Royal paint, Dr. Myntra, SRI, Sentiss pharma, Circuit House, Savitlo candles,UV&W, Mi Arcus).
