I'm Vikas Verma, a seasoned operations leader with over 18 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain and operations management. In my current role as Supply Chain Manager – Operations at ASSA ABLOY, I lead cross-functional teams across warehousing, procurement, logistics, and customer service, overseeing both B2B and e-commerce channels. I manage 4 large warehouses in Mumbai, Bangalore, Noida and Jamnagar, driving efficiency in inbound and outbound processes, inventory control, and team development. My role also includes leading billing operations and managing fulfillment partnerships with Amazon, Flipkart, McCoy, and Moglix, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery and customer satisfaction. One of my key strengths is optimizing operations through process improvements, team alignment, and strong data-driven decision-making. I’ve successfully led cost reduction initiatives, implemented operational KPIs, and driven digital adoption across the supply chain.
