I work at Genpact as a Risk Analyst. My role mainly involves AML and Transaction Monitoring. I review customer transactions to identify suspicious activities, analyze risk patterns, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. I also perform KYC checks, investigate alerts, document findings, and escalate cases when required. The goal of my role is to help prevent financial crimes like money laundering and fraud while maintaining regulatory compliance.
