My Core Responsibilities are mentioned below Partner Performance Management: Directly responsible for ensuring the high quality and success of all associated carpentry partners operating under the Urban Company platform. Screening and : Design and execute robust screening processes to select high-potential partners who meet Urban Company's service quality standards. Training and Development: Develop, manage, and deliver hands-on training programs focused on technical carpentry skills, customer service, and platform usage to ensure partners are field-ready. Field Operations & Support: Oversee and manage field operations, providing ongoing support, quality checks, and performance feedback to maintain service excellence in real-time. Business Analysis & Strategy: Conduct detailed business analysis on partner performance data to identify skill gaps, process bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement in training and operational efficiency. 3. Key Achievements / Impact Life-Changing Success Rate: Directly contributed to the success and career transformation of partners, with 90 out of 100 partners successfully transitioning to and thriving in field operations after completing the training program.
