Track outstanding payments and maintain the accounts receivable ledger. Follow up with clients via emails for pending payments. Perform invoice reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies. Prepare aging reports (0–30, 31–60, 61–90 days outstanding). Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams for payment resolution. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
