Doing client co-ordination with clients like Aditya Birla group, ICICI Group, TATA, HDFC Life, etc. Completing a thorough analysis of candidates’ commitment and background check before submission. Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates and following up on real-time basis till feedback is received from client. Completing appropriate paper work before on-boarding the candidate.
