I’m currently working as an Transitional at Provana, where I’m gaining hands-on experience in process documentation, testing procedures through Proof of Concepts (POCs), and supporting operational handovers. This role is helping me build a strong foundation in data analysis and workflow optimization—skills I’m excited to keep developing.
My work involves regular communication with clients through emails and calls to understand their business requirements. Based on their inputs, I create detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the process. I then work closely with the team to run a POC, which typically goes through three rounds, and I prepare and share responses with the client after each stage.
