Possess strong multi-tasking skills, with ability in simultaneously manage various Projects, Administration tasks, Maintaining records & Staff. Duties are to successfully manage the office, handle & supervise all kinds of store activities, maintain proper stock control & store accounts on a manual as well as computerized inventory systems, maintain control on all stock levels, re-order items as per stock requirements, maintaining a bar-coding system, controlling a team of workforce, liaise with sales team, accounts departments & freight forwarders for timely receipt and issue of goods to our customers. I also prepare monthly- computerized reports for the management as per their requirements
