Swati Kumari

My name is Swati Kumari and I'm from Sasaram, Bihar, but I've been living in Noida for a while now. I hold an MBA in both HR and Marketing from G.L. Bajaj College. Throughout my studies, I completed several internships that gave me practical experience in both fields. My first two internships were in HR, where I focused on tasks like shortlisting candidates and analyzing company profit and loss. My third was in marketing with Asian Paint, where I was responsible for selling products to wholesalers and retailers. After my studies, I worked for two years as a recruiter back in my hometown, helping connect students and parents with educational courses. This experience really honed my communication and people skills. I'm now looking to use my combined HR and marketing knowledge in a role where I can contribute to a company's growth."
