Assign housekeeping tasks, Checking vacant room and Discharged bed, Take care of VIP Patient, Create staffing schedules, Provide orientation and training, Offer high-quality customer service, Manage the inventory and order supplies, Issue supplies and equipment to staff.

Clean the Guest Room, Change Bed linen & Bath linen, Make Guest Room Beds, Replenish Guest Supplies, Answer the Guest requests promptly on the floor, Responsible for collecting Guest laundry, Servicing of Room in evening (turndown service) and also provide second service, Handover lost and found articles if any found in the room, Replenish maids cart with supplies for the next shift, Arrange and stock the pantry with linen and supplies, Incharge of Public Area cleaning & maintenance and hygiene.
