Client- L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Limited- LTMRHL. To understand and measure economic order quantity for the selected raw material items. To evaluated the inventory management practices of LARSEN&TOUBRO LIMITED. Learned the inventory control techniques of L&T. Understand the various inventory control techniques followed by studied by L&T. Examine the organization structure of management in the stores of L&T. To access the performance of inventory management of the L&T by selected accounting ratios.
