Responsible for managing and supporting the bank's core banking systems, databases, and servers to ensure continuous 24/7 functionality. Provide prompt technical support and troubleshoot network, system, and hardware/software issues affecting bank staff and customers. Handle installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of computer systems, operating systems, and banking applications, including ATMs and digital platforms. Manage user accounts by setting up and modifying access rights for employees. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive financial data, ensuring system integrity and regulatory compliance.
