Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and facilitate society registrations and handovers. Prepare and process conveyance deeds accurately to enable smooth property transfer. Collaborate with legal team to maintain regulatory adherence and contribute to risk mitigation strategies. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and legal documentation expertise to support organizational legal functions efficiently.
