In my previous role as a Sr. Admin Executive Cum Executive Assistant to the CEO at India Retails & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., I was responsible for managing all travel arrangements for the CEO. This included booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, both domestically and internationally. I ensured that all itineraries were detailed and organized, allowing the CEO to focus on his responsibilities without worrying about logistics. I developed a systematic approach to travel management, which included maintaining a comprehensive database of preferred vendors for flights and hotels. This not only streamlined the booking process but also helped in negotiating better rates and ensuring quality service. I also handled visa arrangements and ensured that all travel documents were in order, which is crucial for international travel. Additionally, I coordinated with various departments to ensure that all travel-related expenses were tracked and reported accurately. This involved meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. My experience in this area has equipped me with the skills necessary to handle the complexities of travel management for high-level executives.
