Managed 16 Doors of Puma Brands across Gujarat with Annual Turnover of 45 Cr. Involved in budget planning, store openings, and hiring. Achieved highest monthly turnover of 5.35 Cr in Dec 22. Responsibilities included reporting to Directors, working with brand partners, and leading store managers.

Managed GO Sport brand philosophy and increased average monthly sales revenue. Reported to Area Operations Manager, collaborated with various departments, led sales team, and supervised customer service. Involved in product management and marketing events.

Led a team of 100 and managed the flagship store of Central brand in Vadodara with annual turnover of INR 100 crore. Achieved 95% of the target for FY 2018-2019 with 8% positive EBIDTA. Enhanced staff competencies and facilitated growth of department managers.

Managed operations of the GO Sport store in Villagio Mall, Doha. Achieved 92% of YTD sales target and delivered record daily sales during EOSS campaign. Ranked among the Top 5 Stores in the world of GO Sport France.

Participated in the launch of the new Sports One store in Gulf Mall, Doha. Managed day-to-day store operations and implemented marketing activities. Achieved 95% of YTD targets.

Managed the Shoe Studio chain in the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain & Qatar. Participated in opening of new store in Barka, Oman. Implemented strategic plans to improve store operations and customer service.

Managed 9 Factory Outlet stores in Dubai and Northern Emirates. Participated in the launch of Abercrombie & Fitch brand. Achieved 100% increase in turnover and earned promotion from Area Operations Manager.

Worked with SHOEMART in the UAE and Qatar. Managed operations of 12 stores in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Contributed to retail projects including opening of new stores.
