Managing complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirement. Sourcing candidates through existing databases and contacts, employee/candidate referrals. Responsible for sourcing, screening CV’s, conducting the interviews and arranging the interview with concerned HOD’s. Issue the Offer Letters, appointment letters and Confirmation formalities of the employees. Conducting Induction & Orientation programs for new joiners briefing on company culture, policies & procedures. Complete the joining formalities i.e. filling up of joining format, PF & ESI nomination forms as applicable. Coordination with for collection of personal documents and other statutory forms for personal file filling and subsequent maintenance and updating of personnel files of employees. Responsible of monthly end to end payroll processing, including verification of input and output. Validate input with the Master file input validation and processing. Ensure all components to be given and made standard Salary Structure as per S&E to avoid Minimum wages issue. Maintain Trackers related to payroll processing. Co-ordinate with various department to obtain timely new joined,resigned,status changes information every month, check for discrepancies & ensure timely correct disbursement of salary to each employee. Preparation of Pay register manually and Systematic and cross check for current month. Preparing the Bank Statement. Preparing reports for payment of statutory dues and remit on time to employees accounts. Issuing the pay slips for employees post payroll. Resolving and clarify payroll queries. ESIC, PF & PT Challans to be remitted before timeline and tracking for returns on time. Employee Engagement & Performance Evaluation Monitoring. Employee Grievance handling. Vendor Management. Conducting Exit interviews for the employee resigning their job.
